No Apple image decoder reads SVG outside an asset catalog, so the SVG badge a README names cannot render at all. Badge URLs on the instance being browsed are rewritten to the PNG the forge also serves; badges from anywhere else have no PNG to offer and are left as authored.

Once org-swift is tagged, the package requirement here needs bumping off 0.3.1 before this has any visible effect.
Six tests cover the instance host, another repo on it, another host, a non-badge SVG, an empty host, and that the host is matched literally rather than as a pattern.
