notifications list reaches the app, paged with the same cursors every
other list uses. The default is unread only, with a segmented control for
everything; rows mark read on swipe, and there is a mark-all action.
Each row follows its own path rather than its repo field, so a row
always goes where its link says. Paths the app has no screen for render
as plain, untappable rows instead of guessing — six malformed shapes are
pinned by tests.
The unread badge on the Dashboard costs no extra request: dashboard
already carries unread, which the server added for exactly this, and
the app simply had not decoded it.
The wire model is InboxNotification rather than Notification, so it
does not shadow Foundation's inside this module.
