Three repository actions, each rendered to match what the server actually reports back.
Bookmarking is a real toggle, because repo bookmarks makes the state
derivable. While that state is unknown — not yet loaded, or the listing
failed — the control says so rather than claiming the repository is not
bookmarked, and pull-to-refresh retries it.
Watch and mute are two separate actions, not a toggle. No command reports
which is current, so a toggle would show a state the server never sent.
krz/gitbay#178 tracks adding it to repo show, along with bookmark state
and fork_of.
Forking prompts for an optional name, trims it, and follows the new repository on success; a refusal shows the server's own message, which is usually that the name is taken.
Closes three parity rows: fork; watch, mute; bookmark, bookmark list.
