deploy/gitbay-runner.override.conf:27-30 says the runner is attached to krz/gitbay and cmc/ci-smoke and that cmc/ci-smoke is the nightly isolation check. cmc/ci-smoke no longer exists, and the runner is attached to krz/gitbay, krz/hutch, krz/keycask, krz/orgo, krz/skunky-art and cmc/cleberg.net.
- Correct the comment; say a scratch repository is created and attached for runner validation.
