The startup warning (!118) writes the commit to the journal once per restart,
so the running build is invisible unless you happen to be reading logs at that
moment. dashboard now carries it:
: "server": {"commit": "eb453997f3dc"}
Admin-only. The exact build a host is running narrows down which known issues
apply to it, so it is not everyone's to read, and the person who needs it is the
operator. omitempty drops the key entirely for everyone else rather than
reporting an empty string. Human output gains a matching server: line.
Tests cover the admin case, the non-admin case, that a non-admin dashboard is otherwise unchanged, and the human rendering. Both halves were checked against unpatched code: removing the field fails the admin assertion, and removing the admin gate fails the non-admin one.
