Closes #62.
make test had no -timeout, so go's 600s per-package default applied to an
e2e package that runs 400-700s. Five runs of the same tree today — a
stylesheet and a table-padding function apart — went 410s, 518s, 485s, 662s,
547s. The 662s run was killed and dumped every goroutine, which reads as an
unrelated net/http transport failure naming no test at all.
30m is not a target, it is headroom. A genuine hang still fails.
Only the Makefile invokes the suite; .gitbay/ci.yml builds and vets but
does not test, so nothing else needs the flag.
