Approvals and checks now carry timestamps on the MR page, checks report how long the build ran, and the header stops saying "wants to merge" after the MR is resolved.

merge_requests gains merged_at/merged_by and closed_at/closed_by (migration 0029), backfilled for existing merged MRs from the recorded mr.merged events. An MR merged or closed without a stamp — a gitbay import, or a row the backfill could not source — keeps the plain source-into-target phrase rather than inventing a time.

store.ChecksForCommit pairs ci/<job> statuses with the build behind them and returns the combined state, so the web page and mr show read the same two queries. Statuses posted through status set have no build and report only when they last changed.

mr show gains merged_at/merged_by/closed_at/closed_by, a created_at per review, and updated_at/duration per check, in both JSON and text.
