Three capabilities the CLI has had and the web has not. Each is a form or a
control dispatching the command that already does the work; nothing new lands in
internal/control.
issue create and mr create take --format md|org; the web forms now offer
the choice through one shared partial rather than two copies, defaulting to
markdown as before. The edit forms are unchanged — the issue asked for create.
profile set had no form on any surface despite not being SSHOnly; nothing
about a bio is a credential. The settings form resubmits every field so an
emptied one actually clears, which is what '' means to the command, and
--about travels on stdin because it is prose.
A build can be cancelled from its page. The control appears for a queued or a
running build, matching what build cancel actually accepts — its summary line
says "before a runner claims it" but the implementation has an explicit running
branch. The wording says the runner stops at its next check rather than
implying the build dies immediately.
