Org membership and teams were managed from the web; the lifecycle was not, so the first step of using an organization could not be done in a browser.
- Create: a form on your own profile page,
org create <name>. - Rename: a form on the organization's page for its admins,
org rename. Both land on the resulting page rather than the one they were posted from. - Delete: stays CLI-only, for the same reason repository delete is — it wants a typed confirmation. The page records that with the command to run, and the matrix's "SSH only, by design" list now names it.
TestOrgLifecycleWeb covers create (offered on your own page, not someone
else's), rename, the old name 404ing afterwards, and a non-admin being refused
by the command rather than by the template.
