repo unwatch now returns the caller to the default from either state and repo mute sets muted. Web watch toggle clears instead of muting. CLI gains repo mute. e2e covers watch → unwatch → absent, mute → muted, unwatch → absent. Wiki parity and user pages updated; web has no mute control, and the parity row says so.
