queues.builds.items in dashboard --json now lists pending builds after the running ones. Each row carries status (running or pending) and created_at; started_at stays empty while pending. The text dashboard prints the status and the time each row has been waiting, and /admin gains Status and Since columns.
Store unit test and the admin queues e2e test cover it. Wiki Admin updated.
