CLI output: show views and the pager !469

Ref #254. Stacked on !468.

• internal/termtext: markdown (goldmark, GFM) and org (go-org, includes inert) to terminal text. Wrapped to the width with colour closed at each line end, links as text plus absolute URL, code blocks highlighted with chroma terminal16. Width 0 is plain. Inline drops link targets, for event lines.
• view in internal/control: title line (wraps; state coloured), aligned fields (wrap under the value column), rendered body, one dim line per event, comments under a rule, section labels before sub-tables in both modes.
• Every show on view; mr show carries events and comments like issue show, checks with duration. wiki show piped prints the page source; the rendered layout is terminal-only. Release asset hashes stay whole in piped output.
• The CLI pages show, diff and log at a terminal through $GITBAY_PAGER, $PAGER or less (LESS=FRX when unset); never --follow, --json or piped output. Quitting the pager early exits 0.
• e2e width check covers every view; the Part 2 exemptions are gone.
