Phase 2 of docs/specs/2026-10-01-cli-terminal-output-design.md.

  • Term.diff: file headers bold, hunks cyan, + green, - red, stat bars coloured, range-diff pairs bold; termSafe at a terminal. Used by repo commit, repo diff, mr diff, mr range-diff.
  • repo commit at a terminal is a view: short SHA, subject, signature state, author, signer, link (12-char SHA, which the commit page resolves), body, checks, diff. Plain prints the body once instead of repeating the subject; JSON unchanged.
  • build log at a terminal: tool SGR stripped, termSafe, step lines bold, the failed step red.
