Stage 2b of #316. Closes #318.

  • mr list, issue list, build list at a terminal are one-section screens (mrListScreen, issueListScreen, buildListScreen); rows that wait on the viewer lead with ●, others with the checks' or state's glyph.
  • dashboard at a terminal is dashboardScreen: review requested, assigned issues, open MRs, saved queries, failed builds (a job's latest only), five lines of activity with a passed-build count, pinned. Admins get a Problems line; the server and queue tables leave the terminal view (--json keeps them).
  • Removed what this orphaned: mrListTerm, needsYou, failingBuilds, assigneesMark and their tests.
  • Piped output pinned for all four commands. The dashboard pin's fixture sets distinct updated_at on its two MRs: the store orders by updated_at alone, so two MRs created in one second came back in either order.
