control: remaining screens; view is piped-only (CLI views stage 3c) !558

Stage 3c of #316. Closes #319. Stacked on !557.

• Work items and content: runItemQuery (query run; issue/mr list --query/--q, titled Results), query list and show, search (a section per kind), feed, mr revisions, issue templates, build jobs, status list, release list and show, snippet list and show, wiki list and show, explore, audit.
• Admin: user list and show, repo list, runners, stats (top 20 by size, then admin repo list), mr prune, mail inbound check. The enabled inbound check needs a live mailbox: build and vet only.
• view is piped-only; a caller that still reached it at a terminal gets the plain layout, user text still made safe. An inventory of every registered command finds none drawing through table or view at a terminal without a screen.
• Removed what this orphaned: the terminal search-table test, feedHeader, Term.heading.
• Wiki output rules: every list and show is a screen.
