/explore orders public repositories by most recent event, build.* excluded; repos with no events last, newest first (ListPublicReposByActivity).
/explore pages at 20 with ?page=N, keeping q; the count is the filtered total.
/{owner}/-/repositories uses repolist rows.
Footer commit link removed, with the version/fullVersion helpers.

The CLI explore command keeps its path order and cursor.
