org-swift 0.6.0 (!8)

Picks up the sanitizer change in krz/org-swift!8: a resolved URL is no longer
HTML-escaped, so an org link carrying a query string (`?a=1&b=2`) opens with the
right query instead of an `&amp;`.

The release also exposes `OrgRenderOptions.resolvedLinkURL`, which Hutch's own
Markdown README view does not use yet — a relative link in a `.md` README here
is still inert. That is its own change, not this bump.
