pages built the site then failed to push: steps don't inherit the runner's
GIT_SSH_COMMAND, so ci-runner has no known_hosts entry for gitbay.org. Both scripts
now derive the host from origin, which is whatever the runner cloned from.
Still needs ci-runner to have an SSH key gitbay authorizes for writes — see the build
log on the next run.
