Phase 2, plan C: keys run commands.

  • OrgCore/Keymap: Emacs key notation, TOML subset parser, layered keymaps (none unbinds), when contexts (heading, table, item, region), prefix dispatcher with C-g.
  • Presets: Emacs (default) and Mac; user keymap.toml in the data dir on top, problems reported in the echo area.
  • Editor: OrgTextView routes keys through the keymap (not during IME composition); context dispatch; edit.* commands as text-system actions with an active mark; Option as Meta per side.
  • App: echo area, which-key after 0.6 s, command palette (M-x, ⇧⌘P), Org menu, Settings for preset and Option as Meta.
