Org options that change what commands write are now settings: tags column, M-RET after subtree, M-RET line splitting, alphabetical lists, default TODO keywords.

  • EditingOptions in EditContext/EmacsBuffer; alphabetical bullets ported (org-list-use-alpha-bul-p, fix-bul branches).
  • Oracle runs the heading, structure and list suites a second time with the user's Doom values; all match.
  • Settings ▸ Org; defaults follow the user's Doom config except tags (column 77, as their files are). Index version follows the keywords.

245 tests pass.
