Phase 2, plan E.

  • Date prompt: org-read-date-analyze with parse-time-string (52 inputs match Emacs).
  • C-c . / C-c ! (replace keeps the repeater), C-c C-s / C-c C-d and removal, S-arrows on each part of a timestamp (rounding, end times, repeater and warning fields, bracket toggles).
  • Repeating entries: DONE resets the keyword, shifts +, .+, ++ and hourly repeaters, removes CLOSED and plain SCHEDULED, sets LAST_REPEAT, logs the state note; parent cookies update.
  • Oracle with a frozen clock (also org-today, time-less-p), TZ=UTC, stubbed prompt; all cases match.
