Phase 2, plan F (fill).

  • org-fill-paragraph over a port of fill-region-as-paragraph: adaptive prefixes, canonical spacing, break points with org's no-break rules; paragraphs, items, comments, comment blocks, and paragraphs inside quote/center/special blocks.
  • Fill column is an option (70 in the oracle's org pass, 80 in the Doom pass and the app default).
  • Oracle: 16 variants at both columns and paragraphs from notes, work-notes and cleberg.net content all match Emacs (src blocks excluded: Emacs refills code through its mode).

253 tests pass.
