Feed-level <id> (the feed's own URL), <updated> (newest entry, or now when empty) and a rel="self" link. Entry <id> is the post's URL instead of a bare integer, <published> is RFC 3339 with a matching <updated>, and media:thumbinal is now media:thumbnail. Verified earlier on the live feed that all of these were missing or wrong.
Two tests decode the output with encoding/xml, which also proves it is well-formed, and check every required element; one covers the empty feed.
