Parity row "close in favour of another" (krz/gitbay!413).

  • close(inFavourOf:) appends --by <m> to mr close.
  • The close dialog gains "Close in favour of another…", which opens a sheet of the repository's other open merge requests (mr list --state open, this one excluded) and confirms the pick.
  • MRDetail.supersededBy decodes superseded_by; the stamp reads "closed in favour of !N by …" and a row links to !N.
