Closes #61.
The issue body is read twice: as a rendered table on the web, and as the
plain text of the notification mail. Padding every cell to its column width
is ignored by a markdown renderer (extension.GFM is on) and is the only
thing keeping the mail's columns readable, so one body serves both surfaces
rather than the mail getting its own formatting pass.
| Package | Current | Latest |
| -------------------- | ------- | ------- |
| `go.yaml.in/yaml/v3` | v3.0.4 | v3.0.5 |
| `golang.org/x/net` | v0.57.0 | v0.58.0 |
Widths are per section, so a table of short npm names does not inherit the column width of a table of Go module paths.
