Instances started in parallel on the loaded CI runner sometimes took longer than the harness's fixed 10s to listen, and the failure ('listener did not come back') named no port and showed nothing from the daemon.
startInstanceWithwaits up to 60s for all three listeners, stops at once if gitbayd exits (a zombie in /proc on Linux, without reaping it, so tests that Wait on the process still can), and on failure names the ports that never answered and prints the last 16 KiB of the daemon's stderr.- The restart waits in the LFS, notification and ACME tests use the same 60s
waitForPort, which names the port.
