A split layout for the MR diff, commit and compare pages: ?layout=split|unified per request, web diff show|set per user (migration 0068), unified below 64rem. Each column links its own side and keeps cside for comments; a no-newline marker between runs keeps the pair on one row. Parity/Users/CHANGELOG.
