Follow-on to the author-name resolution in !69.
- Resolved names link to the account's profile; unproven addresses stay plain text. One shared partial renders both forms, used by the tree tipbar, log, commit page, and merge request commit list.
- The README shows the build badge.
e2e asserts the link for a verified address, no link for an unknown one, and the tipbar following the same rule.
