A #+begin_src inside a list item rendered as literal prose — a README that puts
commands under numbered steps came out with #+begin_src sh and #+end_src in
the running text.
Fixed in krz/org-swift!7: a list item's body is a block sequence, so it holds a source block, table, or quote alongside its prose and its sublist, in source order. Full suite green.
