Picks up the sanitizer change in krz/org-swift!8: a resolved URL is no longer
HTML-escaped, so an org link carrying a query string (?a=1&b=2) opens with the
right query instead of an &.
The release also exposes OrgRenderOptions.resolvedLinkURL, which Hutch's own
Markdown README view does not use yet — a relative link in a .md README here
is still inert. That is its own change, not this bump.
