Completes the design-polish pass and makes the native dashboard a faithful representation of the CLI-backed web dashboard.
Includes Atkinson fonts, shared web color tokens, semantic chips and diff grounds, the GitBay app icon, light/dark polish, and dashboard sections ordered and phrased like gitbay.org. New dashboard fields decode compatibly against older servers.
Backend dependency: krz/gitbay!98 must merge and deploy before review_queue, open_issues, and recent_activity populate in production.
