Small fixes from the web UX review.
- The new-issue form takes labels, milestone and assignees for a writer, sent as flags on one
issue create, so a bad name creates nothing and the assignee is notified. A reader sees title and body only; label, milestone or assignee values in a reader's request are dropped. - The watch button names the state it is in (Watch, Watching, Muted) and says what a click does.
- Issue and merge request pages have a Discussion heading before the comment thread.
- The build page's live note says the page updates itself.
- The rail and the phone More menu take New repository, Settings, Admin and Log out from one list (
railOptItems). - CHANGELOG.
